The Warrior compliments Goku's power and reveals that he knows his true name of 'Kakarot' though when asked how he knows him, he simply states that he is a Saiyan who abandoned his past in search of power. In response, Goku uses the Ultra Instinct Sign state and asks Jiren if he can fight alone due to his opponent being a fellow Saiyan. Curious to see the power that had been granted to him by Dark Shenron, the Warrior transforms into a Super Saiyan 3.
